Check in Moreton Bay College

8.00 – 9.00
View and discuss video of Starts, Turns and Finishes.   This is a good time to ask questions, take notes and learn.

9.00 – 10.30
SKILL SESSION.   This session will emphasis Body Position and Turns.

10.30 – 11.15
Video taping of you on Starts, Turns and Finishes

11.15 – 11.45
Physio will take the swimmers through exercise and stretches to help them stay injury free.

12.00 – 12.30
Lunch

1.00 – 2.00
We will view and discuss your video with you.   Self analysis and coaching points will be stressed

2.00 – 3.30
SKILL SESSION.   This session will emphasis on Starts and Finishes.

3.30 – 4.00
Afternoon Tea

DRYLAND.   A Program which will offer a variety of exercises, including endurance, flexibility and core stability.

Stretch for dryland exercises including flexibility, scapular stability, abdominal strength.

Morning Tea

10.00 – 11.30
Workout session where you learn about training zones, learn to train smarter not harder. The last 30 min is aimed at improving turns and finishes

11.30 – 12.15
Get Videoed on stroke of the day.

12.15 - 12.45
Lunch

12.45 - 1.45
Free time - This is a good time to sleep or call home.

1.45 - 2.30
Watch yourself on video - This is a good time to ask questions and learn.

2.30 - 4.00
A drill session aimed at improving your technique on the stroke of the day
